Bear & Co was founded in 2022.

The idea for Bear & Co began during the second COVID-19 lockdown in Sydney, Australia when I welcomed my first puppy, Prince Leo who’s a Toy Cavoodle. He quickly lived up to his regal name by wearing the most fashionable clothes and accessories, catching everyone's attention down Bondi Beach.

Leo quickly captured my heart, becoming the centre of my universe. After spending a few months with him, I managed to connect with the owners of his siblings, and we arranged a long-awaited meet-up for the dogs. Wanting them to share a special bond, I handmade matching bandanas for each one. That was the spark that ignited Bear & Co, as I found joy in creating more bandanas, gifting them to friends and family. Eventually, this passion blossomed into a business, letting me turn my love into a lifestyle.

Bear & Co has evolved beyond merely offering handmade dog accessories. It's now about uniting pets and their owners in stylish harmony. Recognizing the profound connections people share with their furry companions, Bear & Co is a platform for expressing that deep bond through coordinated fashion statements.
