Each of our products are carefully handcrafted to fulfil your order. We kindly ask for your understanding in allowing 2 to 10 business days for the creation and thoughtful packaging of your chosen items.
Your patience is deeply appreciated, as the process of handmaking each product with love and care demands time and effort.

During sales or in the busy period leading up to Christmas, the completion of your order might extend beyond the usual 2 – 10 business days due to increased demand.
Be assured, I am committed to processing your orders as swiftly as possible. To keep you informed, I'll provide updates on any closure dates via our social media and Instagram. Please consider this when placing orders, as it could potentially lengthen the processing time.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Regrettably, Bear & Co do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions since our products are carefully handmade to fulfill your order. However, we may accept refunds or exchanges items on specific circumstances. If you require a refund or exchange, please contact us for more information.

Faulty products
